Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. butter, melted
1 oz. (1/4 c.) finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped carrots
3/4 c. finely chopped potatoes
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. boiling water
chicken base
1 c. milk
1 lb. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Saute' vegetables in butter until tender.
Add flour to vegetables and stir until smooth.
Dissolve base in water; blend into vegetables.
