Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 servings fillet white fish (flounder, fluke, cod)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 c. canned tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place fish fillets in shallow \"buttered\" pan (use margarine if you prefer) and season with salt and pepper. Spread tomato sauce over fillets and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle melted margarine over fillets.
Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
