Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach or broccoli
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 unbaked pie shell (optional)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
    2 to 3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix flour with cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell or quiche pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let set for a few minutes before cutting.
