Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 small onion, chopped
    2/3 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Spread cabbage over melted margarine in deep skillet; top with hamburger, rice and onion.
    Pour tomato sauce over; cover and cook on low heat, 35 to 40 minutes without lifting lid.
