Sweet Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    2 c. water or chicken broth
    2 garlic cloves
    1 chopped onion
    1 bay leaf
    salt
    2 c. skim milk
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Combine potatoes, water or broth, garlic, onion, bay leaf and salt in saucepan.
    Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
    Cool slightly, then remove bay leaf.
    Puree potatoes; place back into saucepan and gradually stir in milk.
    Add Tabasco sauce to taste. Serve.
