Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground venison
    1 pkg. crackers, crushed (1/4 lb.)
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    garlic powder to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    4 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. chopped green olives
    2 eggs
    catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pat into a loaf pan.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil and cover with the catsup and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
