Grandma'S Matzoh Ball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. water
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    4 stalks celery
    3 carrots
    2 onions
    fresh dill
    1 leek
    2 Tbsp. melted oil
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. matzoh meal
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bouillon cube (optional)
Preparation
    Place two quarts of water in a pot. Add chicken, celery, carrots, onions, leek, salt, pepper and small bunch of dill. Let cook on medium until chicken is tender.
