Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Roll out on floured pastry sheet.
    Put in pie pan, punch holes in bottom and sides.
    Flute edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
