Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 cup minced onion
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Heat corn and milk.
Gradually stir in egg.
Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pepper, and seasonings.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.
Melt margarine and mix in remaining 1/2 cup crumbs.
Sprinkle over corn.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
