Chop Stick Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. coarsely diced chicken
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. salted cashews
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Combine soup and water.
    Blend well.
    Reserve 1/2 cup chow mein noodles for top of casserole.
    Add remaining noodles to soup mixture, along with chicken, celery, cashews and onion.
    Toss lightly.
    Spoon into greased casserole pan.
    Sprinkle with noodles.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Garnish with orange sections.
