Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
    6 slices cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange cheese slices to cover bottom of 9 x 9-inch buttered pan.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
    Add chopped bacon, then pour over cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
    May add or use diced ham, sausage, 1/4 cup green pepper, mushrooms or chopped onion.
    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
