Rich Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. cornflakes, slightly crushed
Preparation

Mix potatoes, sour cream, onion, cheese, soup, salt, pepper and half of margarine.
Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix cornflakes and remaining margarine and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
