Chicken Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
Preparation

Combine chicken, fruits and celery. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except almonds. Pour over chicken mixture, tossing to coat. Chill. Just before serving, add almonds and toss. Makes 6 servings.
