Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 1 lb. sausage (can use half hot and half mild)
    2 c. Bisquick (approximately)
    1 c. Velveeta Mexican hot cheese, shredded
    1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation
    Mix sausage and cheese together.
    Mix in the Bisquick a little at a time. Roll into small balls. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes or until done.
    Don't overbake.
    (You may want to grease the pan a little to keep the sausage balls from sticking.)
