Rose'S Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs (separate the yolks and whites)
1 c. condensed milk
1 c. skim or evaporated milk
1 c. coconut or more
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Pie Filling: Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk, vanilla and coconut. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Pour into pie crust.
