Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1/4 c. orange juice
    pastry for 9-inch pie with strips (unbaked)
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and rhubarb.
    Add orange rind and juice.
    Turn into pastry-lined pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with strips of pastry, lattice fashion.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
