Tri-Level Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 egg
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    Perfect Fudge Frosting (buy)
Preparation
    Stir together first 3 ingredients.
    Mix with oats and brown sugar.
    Stir in 6 tablespoons butter.
    Pat mixture in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 10 minutes.
