Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can Cheddar soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 onion
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and drain.
    After you drain meat put back in skillet.
    Add both cans of soup and the can of Ro-Tel. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan first put in layer of tortillas, put layer of half of meat mixture, layer of finely chopped up onions and layer of half of Cheddar cheese.
    Add another layer of corn tortillas, last of meat mixture, layer of finely chopped up onions and top with last of Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly around the edges and melted on the top.
