Macaroni-Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 c. Oriental Blend frozen vegetables
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    garlic powder to taste
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    parsley to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni and vegetables.
    Layer casserole dish with 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, macaroni, vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Repeat with macaroni and vegetables.
    Pour remaining 1/4 cup milk over the top.
    Top with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley and 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Broil for 5 more minutes.
    Great as a main course or a side dish.
