Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. deboned chicken or 1 (5 oz.) can
1 small can peas and carrots
1 small onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 double-crust recipe pastry
Preparation

Blend milk, flour and soup and pour into saucepan.
Add coarsely chopped chicken, peas and carrots, onion, salt and butter.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Pour into pastry lined pan.
Sprinkle top very lightly with thyme.
Cover with top crust; cut slits for steam to escape.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned and filling begins to bubble through slits in crust.
