Stephen'S Caesar Salad(No Anchovies Or Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch romaine lettuce, washed, torn and dried
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 clove or 1 tsp. garlic (fresh or paste)
    anchovy paste to taste
    5 to 6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, add olive oil, then whisk in mustard, garlic and anchovy paste one at a time, mixing until smooth. Whisk in vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Add Parmesan cheese and croutons after tossing dressing with salad.
    Serve soon after mixing in croutons to avoid them becoming soggy.
