Butter Pecan Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. rum extract (optional)
Preparation

Saute pecans in margarine until lightly browned. Add condensed milk and water, stirring until blended. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in extract; cool. Yields 1 3/4 cups.
