Chicken Curry(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1/2 c. finely minced celery
1 c. peeled, cubed apple
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 c. milk or cream
3 Tbsp. chopped chutney
Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the onion, garlic, celery and apple.
Cook, stirring often for 5 minutes.
Blend the flour, curry powder and mustard and sprinkle it over the vegetables, stirring.
