Oriental Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice
2 sticks margarine
2 onions, chopped
1 large can sliced mushrooms
soy sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine in large skillet.
Saute onions and mushrooms until tender, but not browned.
Add a little soy sauce and black pepper to taste.
Add cooked rice and toss to mix, adding additional soy sauce to taste.
Serve hot.
Serves 8 to 10.
