Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of nutmeg
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Drain liquid from corn.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder and nutmeg to corn.
Mix well.
Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
When hot, add the corn batter by tablespoons; brown on both sides.
