Mini Blinnies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white thin-sliced bread
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    about 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Trim the crusts from the bread; roll flat. Blend until smooth the egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Spread on bread and roll up. Cut to make two. Dip in melted butter (melt about 1 1/2 sticks) and roll in 1 cup sugar with cinnamon. Freeze. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, seam side down.
