Summer Tomato Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. fresh sliced basil
    3 Tbsp. red vinegar
    6 large tomatoes, cored and quartered
    20 black olives
    3 Tbsp. capers
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in food processor and chop to desired thickness. Make during the day and let sit at room temperature. Serve over hot pasta.
