Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. wine (Gallo Chablis Blanc)
    2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add garlic, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper, bay leaf and 1/2 of the 1/4 cup of wine.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Take out bay leaf.
    Add shrimp and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
    Remove from pan.
    Put in dish.
    Add rest of wine and chopped parsley.
    Stir.
    Serve over rice.
