Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together the butter and sugar; blend in mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix and add to flour, baking soda, salt and buttermilk mixture.
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
    Makes 2 loaves or 4 small loaves (takes 45 minutes for small loaves).
