Seafood Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. arborio rice
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 c. clam broth
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    In frying pan, saute first 4 ingredients.
    In larger frying pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Add dry rice and stir until lightly browned.
    Add the next 4 ingredients, one at a time, and stir until absorbed by rice.
    Add seafood.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add about 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley.
