Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; add butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 of the coconut.
    Pour into the shell.
    Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
