Turtle Cake Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick of margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt margarine, cocoa and evaporated milk.
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread over cool cake.
