Cheese Filled Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. catsup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. Carnation milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well (except cheese).
    Line loaf pan with 2 or 3 layers waxed paper.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture in pan. Cover with cheese and remaining meat.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
