Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. your favorite cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, except sauce and cheese, together.
    Roll mixture out on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and put into pan.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Drain out grease.
    Pour on can of tomato sauce and bake another 30 minutes.
