Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
16 oz. (2 cans) stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 c. egg noodles
Preparation

Cover beef lightly with flour.
Heat oil in large frypan. Brown the beef.
Drain all excess oil.
Saute all chopped vegetables with beef.
Now, add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Let simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Can be served with rice.
