Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears corn
    1 head cabbage
    6 peppers
    2 stalks celery
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut the corn from the cobs.
    Chop the cabbage, seeded peppers and celery in a food chopper using the coarse blade.
    Mix these with the rest of the ingredients and boil the mixture for 30 minutes.
    Jar and seal.
