Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger
    5 to 6 onions, chopped
    1 large can and 1 small can Veg-All
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix
    cubed and cooked potatoes
    2 large cans V-8 juice
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and onions together.
    Drain.
    Add Veg-All, tomato sauce and beef stew seasoning.
    Simmer.
    At this point, the base can be stored in refrigerator a couple of days or frozen. When ready to use, heat and add V-8 juice and cubed potatoes (if desired).
    Serves 38 to 40.
