Mustard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mustard greens
    2 (3 oz.) slices hog jowl
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Wash mustard greens well and let drain.
    Add water, meat and salt.
    Cook 1 hour on low heat.
    Serves 4 to 6.
