Ingredients

10 lb. lean chuck roast, coarsely ground
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. comino seed, crushed (cumin)
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper, crushed
1 tsp. black pepper
6 oz. chili powder
Preparation
-
Coarsely grind meat in food processor.
Marinate overnight in orange juice (orange juice tenderizes the meat without adding flavor).
