French Fried Squash Or Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 medium summer squash, sliced or cut into chunks
    2 c. cornmeal
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and salt to make a batter.
    Dip squash in batter, then roll in cornmeal.
    Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
