Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler or fryer, cut up
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg and milk. Dredge in flour mixed with seasonings.
    Place in shallow dish.
    Pour margarine over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
