Patricia Liston'S Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. drained pineapple
2 medium apples, diced
1/2 c. broken English walnuts
1 c. cream, whipped
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Mix eggs, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple juice and salt and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Let cool. Mix together with remaining ingredients (excluding lettuce leaves), gently.
Put into muffin cups and let freeze.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
