Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. stuffing mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Place in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
