Hamburg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Put in a deep 9-inch pie plate. Combine Bisquick, eggs and milk.
    Beat vigorously.
    Pour over hamburg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
