Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    2 eggs
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour 1 cup of grits into 4 cups of boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt; boil for 3 minutes.
    Stir in butter and garlic cheese.
    Add slightly beaten eggs.
    Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, until firm (40 to 45 minutes).
    Remove from oven and top with grated Cheddar cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
    Return to oven to brown.
    Serves 8.
