Wheat Oat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Serves 8.
