Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    noodles or rice
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion until
    tender, about 2 hours.
    Drain water and add sour cream and soup.
    Cook on low heat 20 minutes more. Serve on noodles or rice.
