Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 can tomato sauce (14.5 oz.)
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, using only 1 cup of the tomato sauce.
    Pat out about 1-inch thick and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Roll (approximately 10 x 4-inches) and seal edges.
    Put in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain and pour the rest of the sauce over the meat.
    Bake for 15 minutes more.
