Southern Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen black-eyed peas
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 c. tomatoes, diced and drained
    4 to 5 Tbsp. French dressing
    watercress or lettuce
    sweet onion
Preparation
    Cook peas according to directions on package; drain and cool. Add celery, tomatoes and French dressing.
    Toss lightly and serve on watercress or lettuce with a garnish of onion rings.
    Serves 4.
