Finger Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
    3 c. hot water
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Set aside.
    Dissolve unflavored gelatin into cold water.
    Stir the two mixtures together, stirring well.
    Add the lemon juice.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate to set.
